SRVLL 11’s Win Section; Advance to 2026 NorCal State Tournament

On Tuesday, July 21st, in Portola Valley, the San Ramon Valley Little League 11U District All-Stars defeated Alpine Little League, 7-1, to capture the 2026 9-11 Year-Old Section 3 Championship. The win advances the SRVLL 11’s to the 9-11 Year-Old NorCal State Tournament.

Alpine opened the game scoring one run in the first after a wild pitch, but SRVLL quickly rebounded.

In the bottom of the 1st, Griffin R hit a sacrifice fly to tie things up. SRVLL then piled it on in the 2nd inning. After three consecutive singles by Luke V, Maverick M, and Leo P, Dominic B cleared the bases with a 3-RBI double. SRVLL went to put up four runs in the inning, building a commanding lead and never looking back.

Griffin earned the win for SRVLL 11U District All-Stars, allowing only two hits and one run over four innings, striking out five and walking three. Dominic also pitched two innings of shutout ball in relief, allowing only one hit, striking out one and walking none.

The Section 3 win now sends the SRVLL 11U All-Stars to Folsom, CA to compete in the NorCal State Tournament. This will be the second year in a row that SRVLL will participate in the 9-11 Year-Old State Tournament and the first State Tournament appearance for this age group.

Their first game is Saturday, July 25th against the Section 2 champions in Folsom, CA. All 9-11 Year-Old State Tournament games are hosted by Folsom National Little League, located at Mann Park (1051 Clack Diamond Drive, Folsom, CA).
