CHICO, CA – On Thursday, July 30th, the San Ramon Valley Little League 12 Year Old All-Stars defeated El Dorado Hills Little League to capture the 2026 Little League Northern California State Championship. The win now makes the team 11-0 this summer and advances them to the West Regional Tournament in San Bernardino, where they will face the state champions from Southern California, Hawaii, and Arizona for a shot to represent the West in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.
Having already defeated El Dorado in the semi-finals, 6-2, SRVLL faced them again as the Central Valley team earned their way back into the championship game from the consolation bracket. Camden K dominated on the mound for SRVLL, giving up only three hits and one run over four and one-third innings, striking out nine and walking two. The pitcher also helped himself out at the plate, driving in four runs, including a three-run homer in the third inning to break the game open.

The championship win marks this age group’s second state title, after having won state in the 10 year old division in 2024. Winning state this year as 12 year olds, however, means their journey continues as one of the only 52 remaining Little League teams in the country vying for a chance to play in the Little League World Series (each state crowns a champion, with California and Texas splitting their states in two). It also marks the first appearance in the West Regionals for SRVLL since 1993.
