SRVLL 11’s Defeat BCLL to Win First Summer Tournament of 2025

This Thursday, the San Ramon Valley Little League (SRVLL) 11U Tournament Team toppled the Bollinger Canyon Little League (BCLL) 11U Tournament Team 8-5 to secure 1st place in the Dillon-Patrick Memorial Tournament, hosted by Pleasanton Little League.

SRVLL got on the board early with a 3-run lead in the first after Parker P doubled down the left field line to score a run. Gavin W and Rowan E also knocked in one run each.

After three and a half innings of lock down baseball, SRVLL took a 5-3 lead into the bottom of the sixth when BCLL was able to knot the game up and send it into extra innings.

In the top of the seventh, SRVLL broke through with aggressive base running. Rocco I singled, scoring one run, then both him and Blake B were able to score on wild pitches, extending the lead to 8-5.

Jaxon C led things off on the mound for SRVLL. The pitcher tallied six strikeouts and gave up zero runs over three innings of work. Rocco I got the save for SRVLL, tossing one inning of shutout ball while surrendering zero hits, striking out two, and walking none.

Cody B led SRVLL with two hits in three at bats. Tyler H, Rowan E, Gavin W, Rocco I, and Parker P each drove in one run for SRVLL 11U Tournament All-Stars.

Congratulations to SRVLL 11U Tournament Team for kicking of the summer of 2025 with a 1st place finish! Next up for them is the Brett Slinger Memorial Tournament hosted by Danville Little League. First games begin on July 5th at Osage Park.
